SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it can be alarmed with regards to the higher quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the large amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office committed to service click here the area regularly. The services level designed for intervention activities a significant inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it hard for that office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional methods to permit the servicing of all buyers and enhance entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
